Winter with Lionsoft / Inverno con Lionsoft

The Winter is too long, huh? But for us gamers it can be very fun thanks to these two Lionsoft titles with a glacial setting!

Here's Pen-Go! Arctic trouble, a fun fixed-screen puzzle platformer in which, in the feathers of the penguin Pen-Go you'll have to cross 30+ levels solving environmental puzzles to save your beloved Penny who has been trapped over a cliff! The game isn't very long but it will give you an unforgettable hour!

Then there is Twinkle Tales in which you will have to impersonate an apprentice wizard and save the Snowimps in this classic platformer in which you will exploit the powers of your wand through 5 levels (and some surprises) of pure platforming with great graphics full of details! Master the power of fire and thunder and have fun trying out various combinations on enemies and game objects while making your way through a thousand pitfalls. Ecco Pen-Go! Arctic trouble, un divertente puzzle platform a schermata fissa in cui, nei panni (o meglio nelle piume) del pinguino Pen-Go dovrete attraversare più di 30 livelli risolvendo puzzle ambientali per salvare la vostra amata Penny rimasta intrappolata oltre un precipizio! Il gioco non è molto lungo ma vi farà passare un'oretta indimenticabile!

C'è poi Twinkle Tales in cui dovrete impersonare un'apprendista mago e salvare gli Snowimps in questo classico platform in cui sfrutterete i poteri della vostra bacchetta attraverso 5 livelli (e qualche sorpresa) di puro platforming con una gran bella grafica ricca di dettagli! Padroneggiate il potere del fuoco e del tuono e sbizzarritevi a provare le varie combinazioni su nemici e oggetti di gioco facendovi strada tra mille insidie. And we're at 25! Happy Anniversary Dreamcast! What do you think about a Dreamcast Mini to celebrate? What games would you sell it with? As far as I'm concerned there would be CRAZY TAXI, SONIC ADVENTURE, SHENMUE, VIRTUA TENNIS, SKIES OF ARCADIA, SPACE CHANNEL 5, SOUL CALIBUR, PHANTASY STAR ONLINE, JET SET RADIO, F355 CHALLENGE, SEGA RALLY 2, THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD 2, SAMBA DE AMIGO... and I limited myself to one per series/genre. Who knows what it would be like...

Rollin' around at the speed of sound!

Even though this seems to be more Shadow's year (his first appearance dates back to June 23, 2001 so should he share a birthday with Sonic in your opinion?) we continue to cheer and celebrate our absolute favorite hedgehog, Sonic The Hedgehog, who reaches a new important milestone, the thirty-third anniversary!!! 

This year we will celebrate with the remastered of one of the most successful 3D videogame of the saga, Sonic Generations, enriched by some extras and the presence of Shadow with a story dedicated to him in which we will experience improved gameplay based on the powers of Chaos Control (at least according to the words of its creator, Takashi Iizuka). The release of SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS is scheduled for each system on October 25th so there won't be long to wait. 

Let's not forget the third Sonic movie sheduled in december in which the black hedgehog, Sonic's nemesis and ally, will make his appearance. Another tasty autumn awaits for Sonic fans, get ready!

Anche se questo pare essere più l'anno di Shadow (la sua prima apparizione risale al 23 Giungo 2001 quindi dovrebbe condividere il compleanno con Sonic secondo voi?) noi continuiamo ad acclamare e festeggiare il nostro riccio preferito in assoluto, Sonic The Hedgehog, che raggiunge un nuovo importante traguardo, il trentatreesimo anniversario!!! 

Quest'anno festeggeremo con la remastered di uno dei videogiochi 3d più riusciti della saga, Sonic Generations, arricchito da alcuni extra e dalla presenza di Shadow con una storia a lui dedicata in cui sperimenteremo un gameplay leggermente differente basato sui poteri del Chaos Control (stando almeno alle parole del suo creatore, Takashi Iizuka). L'uscita di SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS è prevista per ogni sistema il 25 Ottobre quindi non ci sarà moltissimo da aspettare. 

Non dimentichiamoci poi del terzo film di Sonic in uscita a fine anno, in cui farà la sua comparsa proprio il porcospino nero, nemesi e alleato del nostro. 

Si prospetta un altro gustoso autunno per i fan di Sonic, preparatevi!

It was a game without great pretensions which however enjoyed great success with the public. It was 2011... Do you want to try it again?

Vi ricordate di Sprint King of The Jungle? Un piccolo gioco nato per inaugurare il nuovo corso di Lionsoft Videogames e presentare la sua nuova mascotte "ufficiosa", Sprint il leoncino appunto. Era un gioco senza grosse pretese che però riscosse un grande successo di pubblico. Era il 2011... Vi va di riprovarlo?
